Theresa Weber's career spans the field of education. She has experience as a teacher, and an educational administrator. In her capacity as Adult Education Director for the Arizona Cactus Pine Girl Scout Council and the Training Manager for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, she strengthened the capacity for excellence and change within these organizations.

Theresa is an energetic and skilled professional trainer, seminar facilitator, and consultant, who designs and delivers learning opportunities for corporations and civic groups, nationally and internationally. She possesses keen insight about people and behavior, both individually and organizationally. Her wealth of experience, careful planning, and approach to human interaction engages participants to maximize their time and experience.

Incorporating the principles of adult education, she develops curriculum to meet the defined needs of the organization. Through an interactive and experiential approach to learning, Theresa's programs create a training environment where participants can explore concepts, integrate information, and practice new behaviors and skills.
