Nancy Harkins is an award-winning international motivational speaker, corporate trainer, facilitator, coach and consultant. She offers seminars and training programs, for both public and privately held corporations, and health care and non-profit organizations. She facilitates the creation and implementation of individual and corporate vision and mission/purpose statements. Additionally, she provides coaching and consulting services to private clients.

Nancy teaches techniques for result-oriented communication and demonstrates their application in conflict management, customer service and employee relationships. She provides on-going consulting services to motivate individuals and teams, so that newly acquired skills are reinforced and enhanced. Incorporating a variety of real life examples during her training programs, Nancy draws from her vast experiences as a supervisor, manager, business owner, and corporate coach and consultant.

Integration is achieved through experiential and didactic learning. She incorporates open discussion and group exercises, as well as one-on-one practice and role-playing into her seminars and coaching sessions.

Nancy holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and is completing the requirements for her Masters in Counseling Psychology.
